1. Preparation & Electrical CapacityBefore installation, verify that the site’s power supply supports 380VAC ± 15% (3-Phase, 5-Wire). Ensure the electrical infrastructure meets the following minimum rated input current requirements:

2. Floor-mount InstallationThis equipment is designed for floor-mount installation. A level and stable concrete foundation must be prepared in advance. Complimentary specialized expansion bolts are included with the unit to securely anchor the station to the ground.
3. Electrical WiringWith the main power supply switched OFF, connect the input cables (L1, L2, L3, N, and PE). All terminal screws must be tightened to the specified torque. Ensure the PE (Earth) wire is solidly grounded to guarantee operational safety.
4. Network & Smart ConfigurationEstablish a network connection via WiFi, 4G, or Ethernet to activate the OCPP 1.6J intelligent management system. This enables remote monitoring, data management, and APP-based control.
5. Commissioning & OperationConfirm that the Emergency Stop button is released. Switch on the circuit breaker. Once the 10.1-inch touch screen displays the "Ready" status, initiate a test charge using an RFID card or the mobile APP.

When delivering ultra-fast power like 500 Amps, traditional copper cables generate immense heat and must be incredibly thick and heavy. Our liquid-cooling technology actively pumps coolant through the cable, removing heat instantly. This allows the system to sustain extreme charging speeds without thermal throttling while keeping the cable thin and lightweight.
Unlike standard standalone units, our liquid-cooled system separates the massive power and cooling components the Power Cabinet from the user interface the Dispenser. This saves valuable parking space, greatly reduces cooling fan noise for the driver, and allows for easier maintenance.
Exactly the opposite. Because of the internal liquid-cooling channels, we use less raw copper. This makes our 500A high-power cables significantly lighter and much more flexible than standard 200A air-cooled cables, ensuring an effortless, premium experience for all users.
